A Division of Zoom Recreation

Concrete Built For The Full Recreation Scope

Zoom Recreation designs and installs commercial playground and shade equipment for schools, city parks, churches, and residential communities. Zoom Concrete brings the site-concrete (flatwork, foundations, footings, curbs, gutters, and cast-in-place elements) under the same roof — one accountable partner from start to finish.

About Zoom Concrete

One Roof For The Whole Build

Zoom Recreation provides and installs commercial playground and shade equipment for schools, city parks, churches, and residential communities across Southern California and has always handled design and project management in-house. Zoom Concrete is the next step in that model, bringing architectural finish and cast-in-place concrete under the same roof and eliminating the handoffs that come with subcontracting site infrastructure.

With concrete in-house, we take on a larger share of the full amenity build, from natural gray, broom to integral color, etch finish flatwork to the pads and footings that anchor the play structures and shade sails we install. Our goal is simple: to be a single, accountable partner for the complete scope of outdoor recreation construction.

Beyond the Numbers

Most kids got coloring books, I got construction plans to color. With my parents being landscape architects, I've been reading plans since before I can remember. I grew up in Orange County, graduated from Cal Poly Pomona in 2013, and moved to North County San Diego in 2021 with my wife. We settled in Oceanside, buying our first house in 2024.
